Store Collection

Store Collections are usually available the same working day. 

Once your order is ready for collection you will receive a 'collection ready' email. 

Collections can be made Monday - Sunday, 10am - 4pm.

Please contact us prior to collection if further information is needed.

Despatch Times

We aim to ship all orders both quickly and efficiently within 1 working day of cleared payment, (Monday-Friday). We use Royal Mail for the majority of our shipping, however items over 2kg in weight will sometimes be sent via a reputable courier. All delivery services can be affected at peak times (e.g. around Christmas or other public holidays) or in circumstances beyond our control (e.g. postal strikes or adverse weather). Check our delivery page or ask if unsure.

Non-Mainland UK Address & Remote Regions

We only ship to mainland UK address. Remote areas (including parts of Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, Scilly and the Channel Islands, and certain parts of the Scottish Highlands) and Non-Mainland address (AB30-56, IV, HS, KA27-28, KW, PA20-49, PA60-78, PH17-26, PH30-50, ZE, IM, BT and TR21-25) may be subject to a surcharge.

Our system may not always pick up a Non-Mainland address or remote region so if this is the case we reserve the right to cancel orders should we not be able to provide a suitable delivery option or courier. In the event this applies to your order we will review the options and let you know by email or telephone.

Orders under 10kg will usually be sent via Royal Mail Tracked

Orders over 10kg will vary between 24 hour and 48 hour parcel couriers
