WARNING

DANGER – To avoid possible electric shock, special care should be taken since water is used with this equipment. The motor of this pump cannot be serviced by the final user. Do not attempt repairs yourself, return the appliance to an authorized service facility or discard the product. NOTE: the impeller and the impeller-well must be cleaned as part of the regular maintenance.
This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience or knowledge unless they have been given supervision or instructions concerning the use of the appliance by a person, responsible for their safety. Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.
Always unplug the appliance from the power outlet when not in use, before putting on or taking off parts and of course before cleaning. Never yank the cord to pull the plug from the outlet. Take the plug in your hand and pull gently to disconnect.
Disconnect the plug of this and any other submersed appliance before placing your hands in the water.
The pump must be immersed in water (maximum water temperature 35°C/95°F). The pump must not run dry.
Do not use this appliance for other than its intended use. The use of attachments not recommended or sold by the appliance manufacturer may result in a dangerous situation.
Do not install or store the appliance where it will be exposed to the weather or to temperatures below freezing.
Do not expose the appliance to direct sunlight and do not place at low temperatures for a long period of time.
