Cancellations
Unfortunately it may not always be possible to amend or cancel orders once they have been placed. This is due to the amount of automation used when processing orders to ensure they are dispatched on time. If you do need to cancel the order please contact us immediately via email and we will do our best to help if we can.
Unwanted Items
We are happy to accept unwanted, unused items back. We must be notified within 14 days of purchase for a full refund (excluding perishable items such as live food, frozen food and items that carry an expiry date or items that have been specially ordered for you or otherwise customised as per your specification).
Faulty and Damaged Items
Generally if an item is faulty and is reported within 30 days of purchase we will offer you the option of a replacement or a refund.
If we are notified after 30 days, a repair or replacement will be offered (depending on the manufacturers own policies).
Who pays the postage costs?
If you want to return an item that's arrived damaged or has developed a fault under warranty, we can arrange to cover the postage costs.
If you want to return an unwanted product or order, you will need to cover the costs of postage yourself. Since you're responsible for the safe arrival of goods you return to us yourself, we recommend packing the item carefully.
Your responsibilities
When returning a product, please make sure that it is in good condition, unassembled and in its original packaging.
If the products are not in a state where they can be resold, it may not be possible to accept the return.
